We would like to ask that everyone do their part to prevent further spread of this virus by doing these simple things.
1. Please stay home if at all possible. This will be the best form of defense.
2. Wash your hands well for at least 20 seconds with warm water and soap multiple times a day and especially if you go outside and touch things.
3. Stay away from being in a group of people.
4. If you have to go out, stay at least 6 feet from everyone.
5. Wear a mask that covers your entire nose and mouth areas when outside.
We also want to touch on the mental side of what is happening.
1.Stay informed about what is happening, but do so in small doses. We as humans can only take so much negativity and today's news is full of negativity.
2. Get some sun if you are able to. Vitamin D is a very powerful one as well as being outdoors can help clear your mind.
